This role is on a fully remote basis and pays a competitive salary of 45,000 - 60,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Family law Solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseload in family law cases from start to completion.
- Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong knowledge in children matters (arrangements, relocation, and parental responsibility)
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 4-6 years of experience in private family law.
- Strong experience in UK Family law matters across both financial and children work
- Excellent drafting, communication and client- care skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously
