Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a Family solicitor with 2-5 years' experience. The role will entail dealing with a variety of interesting and challenging caseload (both Legal Aid and private Family Law matters).The successful candidate will deal with the following types of matters from the start of the matter to completionDivorce & finances - legally aided and private lawDomestic Abuse - both legally aided and private lawCare proceedings - public law proceedingsPrivate Law children's proceedings - both legally aided and private lawCandidates specificationThe successful applicant will join a busy thriving friendly team and have broad experience within a similar environment. The applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. This is a busy and challenging role and as such applicant's must be able to demonstrate that they are able to be pro-active, work under pressure and prioritise urgent matters efficiently.Applicant's must show technical competence and possess excellent client care.Experience and knowledge of Legally Aided matters are essential.Secretarial and paralegal support is provided to this position.In addition to the mandatory benefits, my client offers flexible working benefits, including flexible start/end times, hybrid working, working location, office refreshments, free car park.
