This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Legal Aid Family Solicitor, with at least 5 years’PQE, who is looking to take on more managerial responsibility and be more involved in the development of the Legal Aid team long-term. They are offering a generous salary of up to £70K for the successful candidate (dependant on level of experience), They are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’PQE but, would be particularly interested to hear from people with 10+ years’PQE. They do require someone who is a panel member but, would be open to people who are looking to gain panel membership.They are ideally wanting someone with extensive experience in legal aid, who handles mostly legal aid matters and is ready to step into more of a team-lead role.The role is with a reputable firm, based in South Manchester. They are a full-service law firm with a well-established family law and legal aid team, who possess over 70 years’PQE between the team.The role is mostly office-based, as the ideal candidate will need to be available to support and coach junior team members and be hands-on with helping to further develop the department.
