Role Overview:A leading UK-based loss adjusting and claims solutions group with an excellent reputation for innovation is seeking a qualified Fee Earner to join its legal team on a remote basis, specialising in Defendant RTA, Fraud, and Credit Hire matters. This is a great opportunity for an early-career legal professional to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-moving and regulated environment. You will support senior solicitors with a variety of legal tasks, including claims management, policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
  • Must have completed the LPC, SQE, or hold an equivalent legal qualification
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in Defendant RTA, Fraud, and/or Credit Hire
  • Strong knowledge of legal insurance-related claims and principles
  • Proven experience managing multi-track claims
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of IT competency and legal system literacy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Understanding of counter-fraud processes and related claim types
