- Must have completed the LPC, SQE, or hold an equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Defendant RTA, Fraud, and/or Credit Hire
- Strong knowledge of legal insurance-related claims and principles
- Proven experience managing multi-track claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of IT competency and legal system literacy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Understanding of counter-fraud processes and related claim types
