Litigation Solicitor

n expanding Manchester city centre practice is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This award-winning firm works with local, national, and international clients, making it an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of general litigation matters - including debt recovery, property disputes, tenant evictions, landlord and tenant disputes, compulsory purchase orders/blight disputes and HMRC tax disputes
Providing advice on general litigation disputes to clients.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
Attending court hearings and managing litigation processes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

NQ - 5 PQE.
Experience in general litigtion matters, including property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and HMRC disputes.
Strong technical knowledge of general litigation law and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and be proactive.
