Personal Injury Legal TrainerA Training Lawyer or Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is an award winning, private practice with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner or Training Lawyer to join their Professional Support department where you will help to grow and develop fee earning staff in the Personal Injury department through a range of different methods. You will be delivering group training as well as coaching on a 1:1 basis.Responsibilities:
  • Take a prominent role in training, coaching and mentoring solicitors and other fee earning staff.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions across various topics such as leadership, communication, compliance, and technical skills
  • Assess training needs and design customised learning solutions that align with business goals
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments to ensure lasting impact
  • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate innovative training techniques
  • Deliver training and guidance on the use of Proclaim to aid case management and strategic performance of junior fee earners.
Applications are invited from Solicitors/Fee Earners with extensive Personal Injury experience.
