Claimant Personal Injury Lawyer (Employers’ Liability) - Hybrid WorkingSalary: Up to £55,000 basic (+DOE)Location: Preferably North West but Nationwide Hybrid (Office + Remote Working)

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Lawyer to join our dynamic Employers’ Liability (EL) or Public Liability (PL) or Occupational Liability (OL) Litigated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or a highly experienced fee earner to manage a caseload of predominantly Fast-track, pre- and post-issue claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of EL, PL, OL or RTA claims (DOE) from start to finish
  • Navigate Personal Injury Claimant Litigation
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other key legal documents
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Represent clients in court
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive positive client outcomes
  • Stay current on legislation and procedural updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record managing litigated personal injury files
  • Strong grasp of the Civil Procedure Rules, EL, PL, OL or RTA claims process
  • Experience with fast-track+ cases, both inside and outside the portal
  • Comfortable managing cases through litigation, applications, and trial
  • Previous experience with Proclaim case management system (advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and client-focused

What You’ll Get

  • Up to £55,000 base salary for experienced Fast Track, upto £90,000 Salary depending on your level of experience and complexity of PI cases managed
