Job Title: Private Client Solicitor Location: Manchester - Hybrid WorkingHours: Full Time (options for part-time hours)Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 + Bonus (DOE)
About the Role:An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious, Top-Tier Legal 500 firm. The firm have a great presence in the North-West with multiple offices available for hybrid working. The firm is renowned for its high-quality legal services and offers a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will join a thriving team, handling a diverse and high-net-worth client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning, and Taxation
- Drafting and reviewing complex Wills, Trusts, and Deeds of Variation
- Managing estates, including administration, inheritance tax calculations, and liaising with executors and beneficiaries
- Providing expert advice on tax planning, asset protection, and family wealth management
- Assisting clients with powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent service
- Developing business and contributing to the growth of the department
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience within Private Client work
- Strong experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- STEP qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of professionalism
- Desire to contribute to the firm's growth and reputation within the sector
