An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join an excellent legal team in one of the North West’s best law firms. Key Responsibilities:
- The team advise on a range of tax mitigation strategies and succession planning
- Will drafting, estate administration and advisory work
- Advise globally mobile clients in relation to its UK estate and tax exposure
- The team also handles contentious trusts and probate matters for executors, trustees and beneficiaries
What We’re Looking For:
? Private Client Solicitor 6yrs PQE+
? Private Client Solicitor with experience advising High Net Worth clients, charity formation and administration, income tax and capital gains tax would be preferable
? Applicants that have experience supervising junior fee-earners
? Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualified preferable
?Applicants ideally have some client following and/or market contacts
