Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer – Manchester

A leading national law firm is looking for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to join its Real Estate team in Manchester.

This role is perfect for a real estate lawyer who enjoys the technical side of the job. You will be keeping on top of legislative changes, refining precedents, training colleagues and ensuring the team is always one step ahead. It is a chance to step away from fee earning while still working at the forefront of the sector.

The role will involve:

  • Keeping the team updated on legal developments and case law
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents, guidance notes and other know-how resources
  • Delivering training and mentoring to lawyers at all levels
  • Supporting business development with sector specific insights and materials
  • Working closely with colleagues nationally to share best practice

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with strong real estate experience, ideally from a leading firm
  • A clear, confident communicator with a collaborative approach
