Your role will involve looking after a team of 10 staff – a mix of fee earners and support. The firm do not expect their lawyers to manage more than 70 files and they have a lucrative bonus scheme which ensures their lawyers are well remunerated during busy periods.Requirements:Managing a team and providing advice to your overall conveyancing team.Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold, leasehold and purchases, property transactions, sales and remortgages.Full understanding of residential conveyancing process.
