Your new companyOur client is a regional claimant firm with offices across the North West. They are currently recruiting for a 3-7 PQE personal injury solicitor/lawyer to join their serious injury team in Greater Manchester. This is an office-based role.Your new roleThis Serious Injury Lawyer role will see you responsible for:

  • Handle your own serious injury caseload involving brain injuries, PTSD/psychiatric harm, internal injuries and chronic pain conditions under supervision.
  • Investigating liability, causation and quantum.
  • Review medical records, liaise with experts and manage court directions in litigated matters.
  • Adhere to internal SLAs.

What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 3-7 years' qualifying experience in multi-track personal injury. Applicants from claimant and defendant backgrounds are welcome. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to run your own caseload efficiently.
