They are recruiting a serious injury lawyer with 7+ years PQE within multi-track claimant personal injury to join on a largely home working contract. The firm prides itself on high levels of client care. A competitive salary is available and negotiable dependent on experience. Your new roleThis Serious Injury Lawyer role will see you:
- Manage your own low-volume, high-value caseload of traumatic brain injury (TBI) claims
- Attend home and hospital visits to clients (nationwide)
- Handle lower-value CICA claims when required
- Partake in business development/networking to build and maintain client relationships
What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 7+ years PQE. Applicants must have strong experience handling high-value claimant personal injury claims valued upwards of £250,000. Outstanding client care skills and experience of complex causation issues are essential. You must be able to work well in a team and demonstrate sound business development.
