Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a leading UK law firm’s Catastrophic Personal Injury and Large Loss team. This role will involve assisting with complex, high-value large loss cases across multiple sectors, including motor, EL/PL, and indemnity. You will work closely with Partners, taking responsibility for a varied caseload, conducting investigations, and managing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a thriving team, with the potential to take on more responsibility as you develop in the role. Candidate Profile/Experience NeededTo be considered for this role, you should have:
  • Experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong understanding of liability investigations, medical records, and witness statements.
  • Experience in managing a caseload of complex large loss cases, including motor, EL/PL, and indemnity.
  • Proven ability to draft legal documents, advise clients, and handle interlocutory proceedings.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and MI requirements.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
  • Interest in mentoring junior team members and engaging in advocacy.
