This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad caseload that includes commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and general commercial advisory work.   • Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, shareholder/director disputes, and professional negligence.
  • Draft, review, and advise on a wide array of commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, and terms & conditions.
  • Advise businesses on risk management, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters.
  • Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and contribute to high-value, complex matters.
  • Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and partners to provide integrated legal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience (more senior candidates welcome).
  • Background in litigation (civil or commercial), commercial contracts, corporate law, or a blended commercial practice.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
  • Confident working independently and managing competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-friendly manner.
