This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable team, known for its unwavering commitment to client care and legal excellence.The Role:We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive to join a busy and growing Travel Litigation Department in Manchester. You will handle a varied caseload of accidents abroad claims, from pre-litigation through to trial.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated international personal injury claims
  • Obtain and review medical and other supporting evidence
  • Deliver high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and case updates
  • Time recording, billing, and debtor management to meet chargeable targets
  • Contribute to business development and departmental visibility
  • Work closely with a collaborative and supportive legal team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personal Injury, with demonstrable knowledge of Travel Litigation
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and processes
  • Proven track record of handling a caseload independently from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Organised, commercially aware, and client-focused
Desirable:
  • Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems
  • A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships
