Teachwise is currently looking for a skilled and experienced pastoral managerfor a local secondary academy based in Manchester. The role will begin on 19/01/2026and will continue on a full-time, long-termbasis.

The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 & KS4 providing all aspects of pastoral support. Some pupils may bedis-engaged and exhibit challenging behaviour whilst others require specialist support for issues outside of school. You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage withpupils from a wide array of backgrounds.

You will work closely with SLT, head's of year and external agencies. The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a pastoral manager or senior mentorwithin a secondary school setting.
