V7 are working with a close client who are currently seeking a Utilities Operations Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

On offer is a salary of circa 75,000 plus benefits, with hybrid working on offer.

You will be joining a thriving business who are undergoing significant growth and you will be part of a forward thinking team.

Key duties:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of EV charging and solar utility assets across multiple sites.

  • Monitor and optimize asset performance using remote management and diagnostic tools.

  • Manage field service teams and contractors for maintenance, repair, and installations.

  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and utility regulations.

  • Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulators.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and system efficiency.

  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams on upgrades and new deployments.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local utilities, vendors, and partners.
