Forrest Recruitment are working with a very successful company who are on the look out for a skilled and organised Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with document support
- prepare all letters and lengthy documents
- prepare some financial records
- Filing both paper and electronic documents
- Prepare electronic bundles and record documents
- Prepare all correspondence
You will have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or a Document Production Legal Assistant. Must have experience transcribing handwritten/audio notes.
