Legal Assistant (Conveyancing) Irlam up to £28,000 DOE
A well-established and respected law firm are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. If you're passionate about property law and eager to support a dynamic conveyancing team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Free onsite parking, 24 days holiday + Bank holidays
Key duties will include:
- Supporting conveyancing partner with secretarial support
- Audio typing documentation
- Typing and formatting documents
- Providing support to a Partner in the Property Department
- Taking calls from clients, estate agents, and lenders
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a conveyancing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
