Out client is a leading law firm who promote a collaborative and supportive work environment. You'll join one of the UK's largest property litigation practises, working with exciting clients from various sectors.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to private landlords and insurance clients on recovering possession of residential properties.
  • Handle cases involving assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, rent act tenancies, and common law tenancies.
  • Navigate the complexities of residential possession work, including defended actions and disrepair claims.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential possession work, ideally for landlords.
  • A solid understanding of the legal procedures and requirements for recovering possession.
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to your work.
  • Proficiency in word processing, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
