Role Requirements:
- Qualifications: ARB/RIBA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years practical experience, ideally within a UK-based practice or developer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in both REVIT and AutoCAD software is essential.
- Sector Experience: Previous experience in the Education sector is preferred.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Detailing: Strong technical detailing abilities are crucial for success in this role.
