£12.60 per hour
8am to 1.30pm Mon-Fri

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistic Administrator in leading fabric distribution company.
A friendly and professional team that takes great pride in the business, the employees own the company and take a share of the profits every 6 months
Duties include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
- Advising customers of order delivery dates, acknowledging orders and providing proof of deliveries (pod’s) in an efficient, professional manner
- Processing of sales orders
- Using various courier systems to arrange delivery of orders and tracking deliveries
- Completing dispatch paperwork for outgoing orders
- Working with colleagues, dealing with enquiries and providing POD's for customers when requested.
- General paperwork and administration
- Supporting warehouse with order processing and producing paperwork/delivery labels
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manager with a keen eye detail. must have a good working knowledge of Excel
