Salary: £55K- £65K + Excellent Package + Expenses + Excellent Training & Development Budget

Are you a driven Senior Site Manager with metal ceilings experience looking to grow with a leading specialist subcontractor?
This is a rare opportunity to join a financially secure, £32M turnover fit out business, part of a wider international group exceeding £2BN. Our client designs, manufactures and installs high-end fit out systems for commercial and residential interiors with upcoming projects from Liverpool to Manchester.
Theyre now seeking a Senior Site Manager with experience in metal ceilings to oversee upcoming projects which includes metal ceilings, chill beam ceilings, and bespoke fire-rated ceilings.
This role is ideal for a Senior Site Manager who is looking to step up into Project / Contract Management and to develop their management skills further with full support and a generous training & development budget.
Day-to-Day Duties of Senior Site Manager:
- Manage installation of high-spec interior fit out systems on-site
- Oversee projects involving metal ceilings, fire-rated systems, and chill beam ceilings
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Travel to sites across the Northwest (expenses paid)
- Ensure health, safety and quality compliance on all sites
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience managing or supervising metal ceiling installations
- Site management background with experience in working on bespoke ceiling systems
- Knowledge of metal ceilings, chill beam ceiling systems and fire-rated systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for projects (all travel expenses covered)
- Motivated to learn and develop with access to high-level training support
