Site Manager

Site Manager needed on a large hotel project in city centre Manchester,

Working under the Project Manager on a very busy site, the project is at the stage of completing the shell and core of the building and external envelope. This will also involve external windows doors etc.

They are looking for candidates with Tier 1 / Tier 2 experience working on a multi trade site where you have looked after multi million pound packages of work. Any exposure to listed buildings would be advantageous but not essential.

They are looking for someone who is process driven and methodical and has a professional approach to the project.

There is also a requirement to work alternate weekends - with an uplift on rate for weekend work
