Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Manchester & North West
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (negotiable and DOE)
I'm currently working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist who is looking to add a Site Manager to their growing team. The Role
As Site Manager, you'll be a key player in the successful delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across various commercial sectors. You'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety standards are met, and delivering to time, cost, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day site activities, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and trades on site
Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor programme timelines and address any risks or delays proactively
Enforce and maintain quality control and site standards
Conduct site inductions and ongoing safety briefings
Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out or refurbishment sector
Confident leadership skills and the ability to drive performance on site
Strong understanding of construction methods, H&S, and project delivery
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required
A collaborative mindset and a focus on quality and client satisfaction
