I'm currently working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist who is looking to add a Site Manager to their growing team. About the Company

Our client is a well-established name in the fit-out and refurbishment space, delivering inspiring workplaces and commercial environments. With continued project wins and a strong pipeline ahead, they're now looking for a driven Site Manager who shares their passion for quality and innovation.



The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be a key player in the successful delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across various commercial sectors. You'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety standards are met, and delivering to time, cost, and quality targets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day site activities, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance

  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and trades on site

  • Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure smooth delivery

  • Monitor programme timelines and address any risks or delays proactively

  • Enforce and maintain quality control and site standards

  • Conduct site inductions and ongoing safety briefings

  • Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and reporting



What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out or refurbishment sector

  • Confident leadership skills and the ability to drive performance on site

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, H&S, and project delivery

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required

  • A collaborative mindset and a focus on quality and client satisfaction
