As a CRM/Automation Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving the digital marketing strategy for a market-leading provider supporting millions of users across the UK and Ireland.

The Role

We're looking for a passionate marketing automation expert who's both strategic and hands-on. You'll lead the CRM automation strategy and execution across the UK and Ireland - owning everything from campaign delivery and performance analysis to system optimisation and stakeholder collaboration. If you're analytical, tech-savvy, and thrive on using data to drive growth, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all CRM/email automation strategies and campaign execution.
  • Build automated workflows and personalised customer journeys.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, BI, and IT to align CRM development with business goals.
  • Provide training and support for internal users, ensuring best practices and system integrity.
  • Develop the CRM roadmap and manage integrations with various data sources.
  • Oversee campaign analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support sales enablement through tailored content, webinar launches, and performance reporting.
  • Create and deliver high-impact content to engage prospects and position the company as a market leader.
