The opportunity:
It's an exciting time to join as the business grows, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our UK Marketing team, (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home).
The Marketing department within this division is a fun, high performing team of motivated and talented marketers covering the full marketing mix delivering innovative and bespoke insurance solutions to UK businesses, from charities and care organisations to providers of IT services and media companies.
This role represents fabulous opportunity to forge an exciting career in Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the Marketing Services team deliver the channel Marketing plans
* Ensuring the channel deliverables reflect the key Marketing messages and are executed in a timely manner within budgetary controls
* Being an effective member of the Marketing Service team, working closely with the Content, Design, Event and Hospitality leads to deliver the plan
* Writing engaging copy including: advertising, website, social, email, storyboards and events
* Ensure that all collateral and communications are on brand
* Supporting the reporting and tracking of all Marketing activity and measurement of ROI
* Striving to deliver best practice across all activities.
Our must haves:
* 2 + years digital marketing experience, either agency or in-house - website, email, SEO, Social Channels
* Experience of using HubSpot is essential!
* Agency or in-house candidates
* Experience in account and vendor management, including client and stakeholder facing situations
* Experience in workstack/ ticket system management for workload/ project management
* Experience in BAU / day-to-day reporting, stakeholder & team awareness of performance and optimisations as agreed with wider digital team
* Experience with emarketing design, build, and reporting. Best practice. Understanding of automations and nurture sequences
* Social (LinkedIn and YouTube) design, build, management and reporting including organic & paid
* Website CMS management and page maintenance
* Experience with PPC and SEO
* Excellent organisational, communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to perform well under pressure and work with team framework
* Passion for building relationships and getting to know people and their needs, both digitally and in person
* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines and work on a number of projects at once
* Desire to study for a Marketing qualification company supported and funded
