• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales across all channels
• Drive customer loyalty and repeat bookings through targeted campaigns
• Collaborate on creating luxury content and promotional materials
• Align brand campaigns with digital efforts to enhance the customer journey
• Assist with producing brochures, direct mail, and sales-driven collateral
• Track and analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI
• Ensure marketing aligns with sales, product, and commercial goals
• Support the organisation of luxury events and VIP experiences
• Assist with PR activities and content creation, including proofreading
• Provide training across the business to support marketing initiatives

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• MUST have 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies for premium or luxury brands, with a keen business sense
• Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, including brand storytelling and copywriting
• Experience with luxury events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
• Excellent project management skills, adept at overseeing multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
• Strong enthusiasm for travel, with in-depth knowledge of the luxury travel market
