We’re teaming up with a BIG name in the ecommerce space - an award-winning, multi-channel powerhouse known for setting trends in both retail and culture. Now, as they gear up for major growth in 2025 and beyond, they’re searching for a skilled Social & Content Executive to join their in-house marketing team and help evolve their voice, sharpen their aesthetic, and drive deeper engagement across key social platforms.
Reporting and collaborating directly with a content lead as a dynamic duo, our client has made note that they need to someone who lives and breathes digital culture - someone who instinctively understands what makes a post shareable, how to translate brand values into scroll-stopping content, and how to ride the wave of what’s trending today, not last week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the planning and rollout of content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Shaping the brand’s visual language across all social touchpoints, ensuring consistency and creativity
- Reacting quickly to new trends and opportunities, creating culturally relevant content that elevates the brand presence
- Partnering with creators and influencers to build visibility and credibility
- Monitoring performance data and continuously testing new formats to optimise engagement and reach
- Supporting wider brand campaigns with platform-specific storytelling that ties into business goals
- Working closely with teams across creative, eComm, and marketing to bring concepts to life

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in a content or social media role within fashion, lifestyle or youth-focused brands
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms and how to get the most out of each
- Strong visual instincts and a clear understanding of tone, mood, and brand personality
- Comfortable writing copy, briefing creatives, and working with multiple content formats
- Proactive, ideas-driven, and unafraid to experiment with new approaches
- Analytical mindset with a grasp of metrics that matter
