Are you an experienced Facilities Technician or Heating Engineer with a Gas Safe qualification, looking for a regional role offering autonomy, variety and excellent earning potential?
On offer is a field-based position covering sites from Manchester down to the Midlands, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of properties. You'll be a key member of the regional facilities team, working on heating systems, plumbing and general maintenance tasks, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering a high standard of service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Gas Safe qualified technician who enjoys a mix of heating, plumbing, and general maintenance work, in a role offering variety, autonomy, and long-term stability.The Role
- Carry out heating system maintenance, fault finding and repairs (domestic and light commercial) across multiple sites
- Complete general facilities maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work, and building fabric repairs
- Work from a planned maintenance schedule, as well as responding to urgent issues when required
- Regional travel from Manchester to the Midlands (company vehicle and fuel card provided)
- Monday to Friday, with optional weekend and evening overtime at enhanced rates
The Candidate
- Gas Safe registered (essential)
- Background as a heating engineer, facilities technician or similar
- Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safe working practices
