ABOUT YOU
- Solid work history as a design engineer (M&E)
- Working knowledge of the UK standards
- Commercial awareness
- Survey experience (advantageous)
- CAD and Revit experience
- Confident IT user: Project, Excel, MS Word
- Design software experience
- Experienced in writing design specifications and producing drawings
- Understanding and knowledge of SBEM and Part L
- Hold a degree in Building Services Engineering
- Chartered or prepared to work to Chartership - MCIBSE
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and be open to travel as and when required
