Were seeking a dynamic Bar & Club Manager to lead operations across MAYAs multi-level bar and nightlife experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bar and nightlife operations including staff management, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead training, and development of a standout bar and floor team.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and stock controls to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive innovation in cocktails and drink offerings that align with MAYAs luxe-urban aesthetic.
- Ensure strict compliance with licensing, health & safety, and venue protocols.
- Collaborate with events and marketing teams to deliver bottomless brunches, Friday Supper Club, themed nights, and more.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years in a senior bar or nightlife management rolepreferably in upscale hospitality or nightlife.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and high-end beverage programmes.
- Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Passion for crafting immersive guest experiences in a stylish, fast-paced environment.
