We are working with a long-standing client of ours based in Wythenshawe who are experts in the aviation industry who are looking for a Mechanical Assembler/Fitter.
The Job
- Repair aircraft seats in accordance with worksheets.
- To be able to interpret technical manuals/engineering drawings.
- Ensure planning/job-progress updates are provided.
- Together with Planning/Management; flag up any design queries and deal with queries across all workshops.
About you
- Have experience in a mechanical background or experience using hands tools
- Have a proven engineering background (Training will be given where required)
- Be able to demonstrate good verbal communication.
- To be able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- Have the ability to work away from base as and when required
