We have partnered with a leading general insurance provider to recruit a Risk Analyst to join their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Risk, this position plays a pivotal role in upholding the risk framework and coordinating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the independent review and challenge of risk data and associated controls

  • Supporting the maintenance of risk policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Contributing to enterprise-wide risk reporting, including ORSA and submissions to the Board

  • Monitoring and interpreting developments in the regulatory and compliance landscape

  • Helping to maintain and evolve the ERM Framework
