NPP are recruiting for Tennant Liaison Officer on behalf of a market leader in the retrofit market. The candidate will be entrusted for managing the customer/resident relationship.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting residents ensuring client satisfaction
- Identifying tennants needs
- Safely collating and recording client data
- Dealing with residents issues and establishing reasonable resolutions
- Developing effective working relationships between residents, clients and sub-contractors
- Carry out resident inductions, to include scope of works and surveys
- Resident profiling working with the site team to establish correct customer care
- Agree access arrangements with the residents and booking appointments
- Focus on social values and participating in community events and activities
This role would suit someone with experience of a similar role, with strong interpersonal skills and eye for detail to keep and maintain records
