About the Role:
This position is ideal for an ECT looking to secure a supportive role in either Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching while being supported through your induction period with access to experienced mentors, professional development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet national curriculum standards.
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons where needed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leaders.
Engage with parents and carers to support pupils' holistic development.
Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending QTS completion.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Adaptable and open to feedback and growth.
