About the Role
This role is ideal for an ECT looking to secure a supportive placement in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be supported throughout their induction period by experienced mentors, regular CPD opportunities, and a school culture focused on continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support pupil development
Engage in school activities, meetings, and ongoing training opportunities
Requirements
QTS (or pending QTS completion)
Passionate about education and making a difference in children's lives
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
Reflective, adaptable, and open to feedback
Willingness to embrace the school's inclusive values and contribute to wider school life
