About the Role

This role is ideal for an ECT looking to secure a supportive placement in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be supported throughout their induction period by experienced mentors, regular CPD opportunities, and a school culture focused on continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary

  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support pupil development

  • Engage in school activities, meetings, and ongoing training opportunities



Requirements

  • QTS (or pending QTS completion)
