Aspire People are working with a supportive primary school whose Year 3 class benefits from clear routines and strong relationships as pupils transition into KS2.

The Role

You'll deliver engaging lessons while supporting pupils as they adjust to increased independence and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver Year 3 lessons

Track progress and adapt teaching

Support pupils' academic and emotional development

Work collaboratively with the KS2 team

Requirements:

QTS

KS2 experience (Year 3 preferred)

Strong behaviour management
