It's a place for people who value doing honest, quality work in a straightforward setting.We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive individual to join them as an Office Administrator / Support Assistant. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines admin responsibilities with light production tasks — ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desk and hands-on work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and quotes using Sage, ensuring accurate invoicing and data entry
  • Manage courier bookings and dispatches to meet delivery deadlines
  • Monitor shared inboxes and support general admin, including spreadsheets and workflow tracking
  • Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and presentation
  • Assist with light production tasks like preparing labels and packing items
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks – no job too big or small
