Your day-to-day tasks will include:Responding to incoming calls and emails from clients, staff, families, and professionals, and directing them appropriatelyContacting care staff for availability and updating online schedulesSending shift confirmations and rota updates to staffConducting daily check-ins to confirm staff attendanceManaging holiday requests and submitting them for approvalSupporting payroll processesScanning, filing, and uploading documentation to digital systemsMaintaining accurate records for staff and clientsUpdating personnel and compliance information on internal databasesEnsuring GDPR and confidentiality standards are upheldHandling general office tasks such as post, stationery, and correspondenceAssisting on training days by preparing materials and supporting facilitatorsHelping prepare for audits and inspectionsWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systemsExcellent communication, organisation, and administrative skillsA friendly, professional manner and strong attention to detail
