ABOUT THE ROLE

My Client is looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to take ownership of their day-to-day paid social media campaigns across Meta and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns, reporting on performance, refreshing creative assets, and staying ahead of competitor and industry trends. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, creativity, and analytics to help drive growth and brand awareness across their digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the set-up, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns on TikTok and Meta.
  • Support A/B testing and develop strategies to maximise growth and return on investment.
  • Boost organic content across Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Lives, working closely with the social media team.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are on-brand and up to date.
  • Research competitor activity and propose innovative ideas to enhance paid media performance.
  • Repurpose content across channels, with a focus on influencer and affiliate spark ads.
  • Manage customer targeting and audience lists in Klaviyo.
  • Work with the graphic designer to plan and execute email campaigns.
  • Contribute to wider marketing initiatives, such as loyalty scheme launches and brand campaigns.
  • Support affiliate marketing activities across Impact and Awin, approving new creators and tracking performance.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you must be a real specialist within Paid Social Media with proven experience in a similar specialist role.

Experience required:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in a paid social media role.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing with a curiosity to learn and adapt.
  • Strong collaborative skills, working effectively across all areas of a marketing team.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a drive to optimise campaigns and content for maximum impact.
