Do to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join the team.

The successful candidate must be extremely ambitious, hardworking, and creative. They are looking for someone to drive forward their social media presence. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong knowledge of social media and core marketing concepts. The successful candidate will develop creative ways to generate an organic social media presence, through product launches, competitions, and tutorials.

Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of the social media strategy for B2C brands via social media and content marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

· Own and develop the social media strategy for B2C brands on a day to day basis

· Manage the social media content strategy, ensuring they are in line key seasonal moments such as Halloween and Christmas.

· The role will put you in charge of the execution and on-going optimization of campaign and channel activity on social media.

· Regularly reporting plans and results to key stakeholders

· Work alongside creative and purchasing teams to produce content for social media

· Develop innovative ideas and campaigns to push the brand ahead of competition

· Work closely with key stakeholders from creative and purchasing to support product and campaign launches as well as any promotional activity - supplying support plans/schedules for social activity

· Be a brand guardian for the creative aesthetic of all social channels

· Hands on role, chance to really build and nurture social media channels to build a thriving and engaged community of followers and customers

· Understanding and familiarity with all main social channels: - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest

· Great eye for what’s trending right now, and what’s going to be hot next month

Experience: -

· Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a social media role

· Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and how best to use them

· Ideally a working knowledge of use of photoshop and basic video editing software

· Ideally knowledge of working with the Shopify Platform

Desired Skills: -

· A passion for social media with strong copywriting skills

· Strong relationship builder with wider teams as well as a strong communicator

· Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to think on your feet, whilst demonstrating creative flair
