Trident Healtchare are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our private clients team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR administrative tasks, supporting the HR department in ensuring smooth operations.

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews

  • Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Addressing employee queries and concerns
  • Supporting HR initiatives to improve workplace culture

Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification is not required for this role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
