Pay: £13.69 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: full time roles and day to day casual work available

We’re working closely with a range of welcoming and well-established independent nurseries who are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their dedicated teams. Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of hands-on experience, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 0–5. You’ll be responsible for supporting children’s development across all areas, contributing to planning and observations, and working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey.

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent (essential)

• Experience working in a nursery setting (placement or paid work)

• A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework

• A caring and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for early childhood development

• Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and inclusive practice

• A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork

• Supportive leadership team and friendly staff environment

• Excellent staff-child ratios and well-resourced rooms
