Our client, a small Accounting firm, is seeking an established Temporary Administrator to join their team and provide essential support across a range of tasks. Key Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and Sending Invoices: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients, helping to maintain strong financial relationships.
  • Logging Information: Input and maintain essential data within the system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organised.
  • Managing Manual Cashback: Assist with processing manual cashback transactions to support client financial needs.
  • Submitting Tax Returns: Prepare and submit tax returns to HMRC and Companies House, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • General Ad-hoc Duties: Provide support with various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or financial services setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You'll be liaising with clients and colleagues regularly.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly in invoicing and data entry.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and systems to log information and manage records.
