Role: Plumbing Technician (Further Education) Location: Greater Manchester Type: Full-time Temporary Salary: £16-£18 p/h Eden Brown Education are currently looking for an enthusiastic Plumbing Technician on behalf of a leading further education college in Greater Manchester. This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible. About the Role: As a plumbing technician you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality practical plumbing training. You'll assist teaching staff in preparing and maintaining workshop environments, managing tools and materials, and ensuring a safe, efficient learning space for students. Key Responsibilities: *Prepare and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials for workshops *Support students during practical sessions under the guidance of teaching staff *Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations *Maintain a clean, organised and fully-stocked workshop *Assist with stock ordering, inventory management, and basic maintenance What We're Looking For: *NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or a related discipline *Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and installation practices *A positive, can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills Previous experience in an educational or training environment is desirable but not essential.
