Portfolio Payroll is seeking a Payroll Associate in the Manchester area to manage contractor APAC payrolls for 258 staff across Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Candidates should have payroll experience and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for those from recruitment, umbrella, or bureau backgrounds.
The role involves processing pay, chasing timesheets, and handling reconciliations and balance sheets, requiring strong organizational skills and customer service abilities.
The position offers a salary of £50,702 with a bonus of 5% of salary per quarter based on objectives, alongside excellent benefits including study funding and a casual dress code.
A minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience is required, with the potential for training in international payroll.

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a brilliant firm in the Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Associate to join their team.

Key Duties/Tasks:

Working on contractor APAC Payrolls. Payroll experience will suffice.
258 staff across Hong Kong, Malaysia, Sinagpore
Approvals
Chasing timesheets
Processing pay
Reconciliations
P&L
Balance sheets

The role & you:

Monthly APAC Payroll 250+
Chasing up timesheets
Responsible for all aspects from start to finish
Must have worked in a fast paced environment
Experience with international payroll would be great but can be taught
Organisation, Process driven,
Would suit someone from recruitment, umbrella or bureau background
Need to be autonomous
Great customer service as dealing with queries
Strong character and enthusiastic personality
