Your new companyWorking for one of Manchester's largest social housing providers, landlord to 14,000 properties, providing homes for over 29,000 people in South Manchester.In the next five years, they plan to build 1100 new homes to make a lasting positive impact on the local community.

Your new roleYou will be working within the responsive repair team. Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance to customers' homes. You will be a competent plumber with experience working with domestic properties. Alongside plumbing, if you have any skills in basic joinery work, this would be desirable but not essential.

What you'll need to succeed

NVQ Plumbing / Time-Served Plumber
Full UK Driving Licence
Tools to carry out domestic plumbing work
Customer Service skills
Previous social housing experience is preferred

Desirable Skills

Multi-skilled in other trades such as basic joinery
Experience using a PDA
