Sonic Summary

A Housing Association in Greater Manchester is seeking a Plumber for a three-month temporary to permanent contract.
The position offers a pay rate of £23 per hour on an Umbrella CIS basis, with an immediate start.
Candidates must have experience in plumbing within domestic properties and access to their own van and tools.
Required experience includes working in social housing, customer interaction, and familiarity with various plumbing systems, along with an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
The role involves 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Plumber on a three month temporary to permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, paying £23 per hour on an Umbrella CIS basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience Plumbing within domestic properties, and have access to their own van and tools.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Completing reactive plumbing maintenance within domestic properties
Working on vented and unvented cylinders
Repairing and installing sinks, showers, taps and baths
Tiling bathrooms and kitchens as required

Experience required:

Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience with a variety of plumbing systems
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
